Breakfast of Champions

I've said it before, and you'll hear it from me again.

Take time to ask yourself "What am I like when I'm at my best?"

Write your answers down, boil it down to a list of keywords (i.e. calm, focused, cheerful, competent, etc.), and put the list somewhere you can see it during your day, maybe even on a Post-It note.

Do everything you can today to be the person on that list.
