You're smart and capable. You're the type of person who usually won't ask for help, believing you can figure it out, you can do it yourself.
Sure, you can do it all yourself, but sometimes it helps to have someone to keep you on track…sometimes you need a coach.
Personal Coaching is right for you if:

I will work with you, helping you make action plans and commitments, overcome obstacles, and move forward toward achieving a successful and fulfilling life of your choice.

Personal Coaching Sessions last 40 minutes to an hour and can be take place either in my office in Portland, Maine, over the telephone, or by email.
