From the North:

Take Exit 5A off 295. Turn right at the light and again right at the 2nd light on to Congress Street. Continue to the next light (St. John Street). Take a right on St John Street, passing a small strip mall on the right. Ahead of you is a large brick building, 222 St. John Street, formally known as the Railroad Building (now called the First Atlantic Building). Take a right just before the building and go around back to the main entrance - park anywhere.

Portland Hypnotherapy is located on the Ground Floor, in the hallway to your right as you come in the main entrance, 6 doors down on your left. (It's the last door on the left before you go around the corner in the hallway.) The sign on the door says Portland Hypnotherapy.

From the South:
